To me, the “Seductress Mindset” step was a game changer. There were a lot of self-sabotaging behaviors I embodied and allowed to take over my relationships for many years. This step got me in touch with the fun and flirty aspect of myself, along with some self-analysis to say "cut the malarkey, already!" Prior to working with Stacey, I had good self-confidence, but I was lacking consistency and endurance in my relationships. I know I needed more help and training. Before working with Stacey, I was incredibly hard on myself and my body. I was so focused on the negative and felt so poorly about myself that I didn’t think I was worth dating.
