Before working with Stacey, I was incredibly hard on myself and my body. I was so focused on the negative and felt so poorly about myself that I didn’t think I was worth dating. The first thing that changed was my confidence. After I started focusing on all of the great things I had going on, as well as all of the things I was doing to make positive changes in my life, my confidence went through the roof. To me, the “Seductress Mindset” step was a game changer. There were a lot of self-sabotaging behaviors I embodied and allowed to take over my relationships for many years.
