Before working with Stacey, I was incredibly hard on myself and my body. I was so focused on the negative and felt so poorly about myself that I didn’t think I was worth dating. The first thing that changed was my confidence. After I started focusing on all of the great things I had going on, as well as all of the things I was doing to make positive changes in my life, my confidence went through the roof. I’ve lost weight and I’ve started to put myself out there. I recently met someone and while I don’t know where it will go, I’m feeling excited to find out and believe that I am worth this great guy. Prior to working with Stacey, I had good self-confidence, but I was lacking consistency and endurance in my relationships. I know I needed more help and training.
